Ethyl Alcohol / Citric Acid Blender, 155 Proof is a high-proof, acidified nonbeverage alcohol blend designed for industrial, flavoring, extract, and further manufacturing applications. The product is manufactured with high-purity ethyl alcohol, citric acid, and ultra-pure treated water to provide a consistent alcohol-based blender with a defined citric acid concentration.

This product has a finished alcohol range of approximately 154.4–155.6 proof, equivalent to 77.2–77.8% alcohol by volume. Citric acid is present at 85.0 g/L finished product, providing a controlled acidified profile for customers requiring a high-proof ethyl alcohol and citric acid blend.

The formula is approved for nonbeverage use and is not intended for beverage consumption. Product pricing includes applicable alcohol tax/drawback treatment, helping simplify purchasing for qualified industrial and commercial customers.

Specialty Alcohols manufactures this product using U.S. corn grain-derived ethyl alcohol that meets ACS/USP/FCC specifications and is Kosher certified. The water used in the formulation is ultra-pure, softened, carbon-treated, deionized, reverse osmosis treated, UV-treated, and sterile-filtered.
